Traffic Regulations: Speed limit 25 miles per hour; reduce speed at school
zones. Regulation traffic lights, with signs regulating L., R., and U turns.
Signs designate parking time-limits: One-hour limit in downtown section,
8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; ten-minute limit on the east side of post office. No L or
U turns on W. Central Ave. from 1st to 7th St.

dividing line.
